&lt;p&gt;Four years at Skype left aside, my prior understanding of conference calls and video meetings was &amp;ldquo;wailing and gnashing of teeth&amp;rdquo;. Participants dropping in and out. Microphones that only work when they shouldn&amp;rsquo;t.
